Feds charge St. Louis area man with sex offenses

| Jul 10, 2012 | Child Pornography |

Federal and local prosecutors take sex crimes involving children very seriously, and the general public pushes quite hard from them to do so. They are quick to prosecute and punishments can be severe. Recently, a man who lives in the greater St. Louis, Missouri, area was charged with various federal sex offenses, including digital transfer of obscene materials.

The man, who is 46 years old and a resident of Belleville, Illinois, was arraigned earlier this month at the U.S. District Court in East St. Louis, Illinois. He was charged with transportation of child pornography, enticement of a minor and transfer of obscene matter.
