On January 1, 2018, the new Missouri expungement law becomes effective that will allow persons who have been arrested, pled guilty or even convicted of certain criminal offenses have these matters expunged from their permanent record.
Starting now and going until the end of January 2018, FJ&R is conducting “CLEAN RECORD WORKSHOPS”, so that the process of expunging a criminal record may be explained to interested individuals. There is absolutely no obligation to attend one of these workshops. However, if you sign up before February 1, 2018, we will waive the court filing fee.
